For two days, northeast Delhi burned. Houses were set ablaze, shops were looted and vehicles were vandalised. The Quint visited the areas that became flashpoints of violence and spoke to the eyewitnesses. Residents of these localities allege 'targeted violence' by 'outsiders'.
