A Congress delegation, including interim party Chief Sonia Gandhi, on Thursday met President Ram Nath Kovind. Along with Sonia Gandhi, Manmohan Singh and Priyanka Gandhi were also present. The delegation submitted a memorandum to the President over a wave of violence in Delhi. Watch the video.
