The filling line composed of filling, capping, mould leaving,labelling function.
The filling machine driven by SERVO motor, the programs could be recalled for different bottles and filling volumes.
The online cleaning function of filling machine is available.
Capping machine adopt grabing capping type by SERVO motor, the torque of capper could be adjustable.
Feature:
Adopt diving filling nozzle for foamy products to prevent foam when filling.
Special material are optional for corrosive products. Such as SUS316L, Teflon coating, ceramic, plastic etc.
Adopt neck block technology for small diameter bottle neck to assure filling nozzles aim exactly to the bottle neck to prevent spilling outside.
Adopt positioning mold for irregular bottle shape so that they are running smoothly during production.
