Chinese authorities are allowing non-residents to leave the quarantined city of Wuhan, if they show no symptoms and never had contact with Coronavirus patients. Meanwhile South Korea has postponed its school year by a week as the president raises its virus alert to red, the highest level. This follows a jump in the number of coronavirus cases to almost eight hundred with seven deaths.
