Drone footage shows severe flooding across Cumbria during Storm Ciara

Drone footage filmed on Sunday (February 9) shows the flooding at Langwathby bridge in Penrith, Cumbria on the A686 and severe flooding at Brough Castle in Penrith.

Cumbria in northwest England is one of the worst-affected areas hit by Storm Ciara.
