Global e-commerce giant Amazon is launching a legal offensive against India's competition watchdog. Sources say Amazon is taking the CCI to court over the probe it ordered last month to look into allegations of predatory pricing, deep discounting among others. The competition commission had ordered a probe against both Amazon and Flipkart after a group representing offline traders filed complaints, reports Mugdha Variyar.
