Budget 2020: Nirmala Sitharaman allocates Rs 85,000 cr for SC-OBC welfare, Rs 53,700 cr for STs

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman in her Budget speech said the govt has decided to allocate Rs 85,000 crore for the welfare of the Scheduled Castes and the Other Backward Castes.
