China to fly overseas Hubei residents back to Wuhan amid coronavirus outbreak

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying announced on January 31, 2020 that China would arrange two chartered flights to fly Hubei residents overseas back to Wuhan, the epicentre of the country’s coronavirus outbreak.
