CAPPONE ALLA POLACCA
INGREDIENTS:
(Doses for 4 people)
one capon, 3 tablespoons oil, 2 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons breadcrumbs, lemon juice, salt
PREPARATION:
Clean and empty the capon, then stick it on the spit, brush it with oil and sprinkle with salt
Brown for 45 minutes then flour and grease with oil
Sprinkle with salt and breadcrumbs, repeat this operation 3 times, turning it on the spit
When the capon has taken a nice golden color spray it with lemon juice and serve it hot
