Congress leader P Chidambaram joined protest against Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) and National Register of Citizens (NRC). The protest was organised at Park Circus Maidan. A number of protestors participated in the protest rally. Nation-wide protests have been intensified after implementation of CAA.
