Nirbhaya Case: Convict Mukesh Kumar Writes to President For Mercy

Hours after a Supreme Court bench rejected the curative petitions filed by the two death row convicts in the Nirbhaya case on Tuesday, 14 January, one of the convicts, Mukesh Kumar, has written to President Ram Nath Kovind for mercy.
