Nina Hagen is a fantastic singer who has honed her craft to a degree that is unusual for one person alone. Since her 1982 Nunsexmonrock and 1983 Fearless solo projects, Nina has often specialised in non-lyrical vocal expression that takes in everything from growling to vocal scratch, which is complemented with her operatic voice and her capacity to reach the lowest parts of human voice. Categorizing Nina's vocal styles, vocal techniques or extended vocal techniques can be difficult and is the task of this video, along with showcase her vocal registers.
