Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad urged non-smokers to "speak out" on their right to a smoke-free environment by telling smokers not to light up in a civilised manner.
He said this when launching the "Speak Out: Express Your Right" campaign at the Kuala Lumpur Sentral commuter station on Tuesday (Jan 7).
