Man dies after falling into meat mincing machine in Malaysia.

MASJID TANAH, MALAYSIA — A man unfortunately had to meet his maker after having an accident at a meat factory in Malaysia.
According to the Star, a 47-year-old Nepalese worker was involved in the incident at a meat processing facility near Masjid Tanah.
An official from the Malacca fire department said that the man was doing maintenance with three other workers in the morning at the factory on December 30.
For some reason during the check, the meat-mincing machine suddenly turned on and caught the man at his waist.

The Star reported the other workers called for emergency crews at 7:45 a.m. and authorities arrived on the scene in under 10 minutes.

He unfortunately succumbed to his injuries on the spot.
The Star also said that it took the Masjid Tanah Fire and Rescue Department around 30 minutes to extricate the guy.
An investigation is being launched into the incident.

State news agency Bernama reported that around 360,000 Nepalese are working in Malaysia, with most of them doing security, construction or hospitality jobs.
