Hamas welcomes ICC decision to open alleged Israeli war crimes probe

Hamas spokesman Hazem Qassem says the movement welcomes the decision of the International Criminal Court (ICC) prosecutor to open an investigation into 'war crimes' committed by Israel during an interview in his office in Gaza City.
