Indefinite Curfew in Guwahati, Army Deployed in NE Over CAB Stir

India witnessed several demonstrations against the Citizenship (Amendment) Bill, 2019, in many states. Protesters raised slogans against the government and some of them burnt copies of the Bill as a mark of protest.
