Juice WRLD Was the Most-Streamed Artist
in the United States Following His Death.
According to data from BuzzAngle Music,
on-demand audio streams for Juice WRLD’s
music spiked 487 percent on Dec. 8,
following the rappers unexpected death.
His breakout song,
“Lucid Dreams," was the most-streamed
song of the day, garnering nearly
4.4 million streams.
His song “Legends” came in fourth with 3.1 million
streams, followed by “Robbery” and “All Girls Are
the Same” in seventh and ninth, respectively. .
In total, Juice WRLD’s discography saw over
38.2 million streams in the United States, which was
nearly 24 million more streams than any other artist. .
In terms of digital downloads, “Lucid Dreams” held the
top spot on Dec. 8 with over 3,000 downloads, while
“Legends” held the number six spot with 1,700 downloads. .
Overall, Juice WRLD had a total of
9,600 digital downloads, which was a
2,700 percent increase from Dec. 7.
