Little Girl Dances Cheerfully While Celebrating Her Birthday

This cute little girl, diagnosed with Down syndrome, was standing right next to her birthday cake on a table. She enjoyed people singing and wishing her happy birthday and danced adorably to it. She also giggled and ended up clapping for herself.
