Cities in the Northeastern part of the Philippines are submerged with floodwater after typhoon Kammuri battered the country with rain.
Footage shows residents in a commercial district in Camarines Norte left struggling through ankle-deep flood water, a day after the typhoon made landfall in nearby Sorsogon City.
National disaster officials have yet to release an official number, but at least 13 people died in the Luzon and Visayas islands in the Philippines because of the typhoon, while thousands have lost their homes and livelihood.
Kammuri, a rare December typhoon, is the strongest to have hit the country this year.
