Competition Commission of India gives green signal to Amazon for acquiring 49 percent in Future Coupons

The fair trade regulator, the Competition Commission of India (CCI) has given a go ahead to Amazon to acquire 49 percent in Future Coupons -- the company is a subsidiary of Future Group, which owns 7.3 percent of Future Retail, reports Sunny Sen.
