Samajwadi Party leader Haji Ikram Qureshi was seen smoking inside the hospital premises in Moradabad on November 22. He went to the hospital to distribute fruits to the patients on the occasion of the birthday of Samajwadi Party founder Mulayam Singh Yadav. While speaking to media persons, he defended the incident and said he was not smoking inside the hospital premises, but at a park near the hospital.
