Meghan Markle Files Another
Lawsuit Against British Tabloid.
On Nov. 17, Meghan Markle filed additional court
documents against ‘The Mail on Sunday’ and their
parent company, Associated Newspapers. .
Expanding on her initial suit against the two entities
in October, the new 15-page document details
specific stories that are “untrue and offensive.”.
The published stories in question include allegations
that Markle and her husband, Prince Harry, spent
taxpayer money to soundproof their home, as well
as build a tennis court and yoga studio. .
The clear intention was to portray the
Claimant in a damaging light by suggesting
that she had indulged in this series of absurdly
lavish renovations, which were in fact false
(as the Defendant was informed at the time)

It also includes the tabloid’s claim that
Markle’s baby shower cost $300,000 and
that she didn’t invite her mother to attend. .
The suggestion that the Claimant deliberately
left out her mother from her baby shower and
ditched her in favor of her famous friends is

‘The Mail on Sunday’ has since responded
to the new legal documents, saying they still
intend to defend the case “with vigor.”.
