Union Home Minister Amit Shah on November 21 started his party’s campaign for the Jharkhand assembly polls. Lauding Prime Minister Narendra Modi and former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee, he said, “Atal Bihari Vajpayee created Jharkhand and Modi will embellish and spruce it up.”
