Astronomers Detect Most Powerful Explosion Ever Recorded in Space

Scientists have detected two new gamma-ray bursts that produced so much energy, they were picked up on ground-based telescopes. The energy emitted from one of them was a record-breaking 1 trillion times more powerful than visible light.
