This Rover Will Drive Upside Down Under Sea Ice in Antarctica

NASA is testing their Buoyant Rover for Under-Ice Exploration in the icy waters of Antarctica in preparation for missions to search for alien life on frozen worlds like Jupiter's moon Europa and Saturn's moon Enceladus.
