Hatice Cengiz, Jamal Khashoggi's Turkish fiancee, said during the Sergei Magnitsky Human Rights Awards held in London on Saturday, November 16, she hopes memorializing Khashoggi will send "a warning to any government or regime who will think it's possible to just kill a man and walk away without any consequences."
