Burger King to Release 3
Additional Meatless Burgers.
Following the successful launch of their Impossible
Whopper earlier this year, Burger King has
decided to expand their meatless options.
The fast food chain announced their decision to
launch three additional meatless options on Nov. 11. .
The three new options are: the Impossible Whopper Jr.,
the Impossible Burger and the Impossible Cheeseburger.
The plant-based meat will remain the same
across the burgers, but with the addition of
classic Burger King burger dressings. .
The burgers will be tested at 180 restaurants
in Wisconsin, Iowa, Georgia, Ohio and New
York before becoming available nationwide. .
Burger King is also expanding their
plant-based ventures in Europe with
the introduction of the Rebel Whopper.
The 100 percent beef free patty created by
The Vegetarian Butcher will be tested in 2,400
restaurants across Europe starting Nov. 12.
