VIDEO: IHOP customers in Phoenix attacked by man with coffee pot

Newly-released surveillance video shows two customers at an IHOP in Phoenix being attacked by a man with a coffee pot. The incident happened in September. The man was charged with theft and multiple counts of aggravated assault.
