A father whose dog recently died was teary-eyed after he came home and saw the surprise puppy his family bought him.
Caring daughter, Gaby Muller, said everyone in their family had been missing their 10-year-old dog Luna, so they decided to take a new puppy back to their home in Hannover, Germany on October 13.
She said: "We didn‘t tell dad so he had a big surprise when he came home from work."
They named the new dog "Nugget" who is a four-month-old male Cockapoo mixed breed.
Luna passed away because of multiple organ failure.
