NCRPO chief Brig. Gen. Debold Sinas says on Tuesday that 14 policemen caught bringing cellphones inside the New Bilibid Prison (NBP) are now out of the woods as the cellphones confiscated from them have been confirmed theirs.
The Philippine National Police-Anti-Cybercrime Group (PNP-ACG) submitted its findings to the NCRPO.
