The dust has barely settled after the Assembly elections in Haryana and Maharashtra but political parties have already begun preparing for the next electoral battle - Jharkhand which is likely to go to polls a little over a month from now. The Congress has reportedly conceded that it will play second fiddle to the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha in the elections.
