Soon after killing his golden goose - a two-Michelin-starred Bangkok restaurant ranked among the best in the world, self-proclaimed "culinary rock star" Gaggan Anand opens a new venture under his full name. The Calcutta born chef learnt the ropes of molecular gastronomy at the ten-number one restaurant in the world -- Adria's El Bulli in Spain --but prefers to present his cuisines as "progressive". The new restaurant offers a "G's spot" where guest are seated around the kitchen, engaging with the cooks while been served a tailored menu designed by Gaggan.
