Hackers are reportedly targeting workers at nongovernmental humanitarian groups, including relief organizations connected to the UN.
According to several news outlets, including AFP, a report released by cybersecurity firm Lookout said a campaign to steal login credentials has been active since early this year.
Hackers target officials following North Korea issues at UN World Food Program, UNICEF, the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies.
The scheme is designed to hook workers into phishing sites that mirror the log-in pages of legitimate organizations.
Lookout said the scheme sends the information to a shadowy group called the "Pyong Yang international community".
