The European Central Bank has kept its benchmark interest rate unchanged in October at zero percent.
The ECB announced it will leave the benchmark interest rate at zero percent, and also keep its marginal lending rate and deposit rate unchanged at point-25 percent and minus half a percent respetively.
It added it expects interest rates to remain steady or slighty fall until inflation outlook converge close to, but below two percent.
The ECB President Mario Draghi is expected to give a press conference on Thursday local time.
