Kamlesh Tiwari, who was earlier associated with a faction of the Hindu Mahasabha, was found dead at his home in Lucknow. A total of four people have been arrested and two detained in connection with the murder of Tiwari, president of the little-known Hindu Samaj Party on Friday, 18 October.
