U.S. President Donald Trump has ordered his administration to withhold funding for North Korea because of the regime's practice of human trafficking.
The White House has released a memo from President Trump to Secretary of State Mike Pompeo... directing him not provide any assistance to North Korea next year that is not humanitarian or trade-related.
Plus, he ordered America's representatives at multilateral banks and the IMF to block loans or funds to 13 countries including North Korea, China and Russia.
The U.S. has named North Korea as worst human trafficking nation for the 17th year in June, placing the regime among the lowest Tier 3 with China and Iran.
