Sunni Waqf Board lawyer Shahid Rizvi confirmed to the media that a settlement had been agreed by several parties to the Ayodhya land dispute, including the Sunni Waqf Board and some of the Hindu parties in mediation proceedings, and that the mediation panel had submitted this proposal to the Supreme Court.
