They explain that pregnant women don't need to eat twice as much, there is no safe amount of alcohol to drink during pregnancy or while you're breastfeeding, and cocoa butter does not prevent stretch marks. They further explain that there is currently no food, supplement, or physical activity that can help induce labor.
