Hong Kong police are seen pepper-spraying a woman from point-blank range and dragging her by her rucksack across the street yesterday (October 13).
The footage was filmed on Fife Street in the Mong Kok district at around 4 pm.
The filmer said: "They [the police] didn't seem to like me filming them.
"At the same time, other journalists didn't notice the incident."
