Meanwhile, South Korea and Japan have decided to meet again to hold talks on their trade dispute, after their first round of talks ended without tangible results.
During their first meeting in Geneva on Friday, the two sides discussed South Korea's complaint with the WTO over Japan's export curbs against Seoul... but agreed that further consultations are necessary.
The two sides are expected to return to the negotiating table before November 10th, as negotiations are only valid 60 days after the complaint was first issued to the WTO.
Seoul's complaint accuses Tokyo of violating a set of international trade rules, including one that bans regulations on export volumes unless the products have a serious impact on national security.
Japan meanwhile claims the regulations were necessary, blaming Seoul's lax control system on the trade of sensitive goods.
