This was the moment a Kermode bear was spotted in the British Columbia wilderness in an incredibly rare sighting.
Footage from July 13 shows the beast - which is also known as a "spirit bear" - from up to 10 metres away as it gorges on berries.
It is estimated that there are no more than 400 individuals left in the wild.
