As protests in Hong Kong continue for the 18th straight week, about half of the people in Hong Kong have considered emigrating to other countries.
That's according to a survey conducted by CNN on some 900 Hong Kongers through a research firm in July.
47 percent of the respondents, most of whom were young and highly-educated, said they have thought about emigration since the protests started.
Respondents said they considered emigration because they are worried about the political situation and education for their children.
Government data also suggests more people are thinking about emigrating.
