Supreme Court Justice S. Ravindra Bhat recuses himself from the casehearing of human rights activist Gautam Navlakha in the Bhima Koregaon violence. Earlier, CJI Ranjan Gogoi, Justice NV Ramanna, Justice R Subhash Reddy and Justice BR Gavai have also distanced themselves from hearing the case.
