BJP leader Swami Chinmayanand, accused of rape, was sent back to Shahjahanpur jail on Monday after being discharged from Lucknow's SGPGI. Earlier on Monday, the Allahabad High Court dismissed the bail plea of Chinmayanand and the victim.
