by Freddie Mercury has revealed the Queen
singer's self doubts about his singing. In the book, titled ‘Freddie Mercury: A Life, In His
Own Words’, Freddie talked about his icons and how he
didn’t believe that he could ever compare to them. In particular, he mentioned John Lennon, writing that
he would never put himself “on a par” with him. via ‘Freddie Mercury: A Life, In His Own Words’ Mercury believed that he wasn't
"equipped" to accomplish what Lennon
