Court Strikes Down Law Banning Women From Going In Public without Top
Want to go topless? Now, women legally can in six states. Those states include Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, Kansas and Oklahoma. The new rules are a victory for the global "Free the Nipple" movement, which seeks equal treatment for women and men when it comes to being without top in public. The move comes after Fort Collins, Colorado decided it's not worth the money to continue fighting for its ban on 'without top' women in public.
