Nissan and Infiniti Recall
More Than 1.2 Million Vehicles.
The issue with the affected
vehicles has to do with the
backup cameras installed
in various new models.
Such cameras are now
required in all new cars
by Federal Motor Vehicle
Safety Standards.
The issue with the cameras
has to do with the rear-view
image display when the
cars are in reverse.
Based on a setting applied by the driver,
it's possible that the image could be removed.
All affected vehicles
are 2018-2019 models.
They include the Nissan Altima, Sentra,
Titan, Versa Note, Versa Sedan, Frontier,
GT-R, Rogue, Rogue Sport, Kicks, Leaf,
Maxima, Murano, NV, NV200 and Pathfinder.
Infiniti models include
the Q50, Q60, QX30, QX50,
QX60, Q70, Q70L and QX80.
Owners of affected vehicles need to
simply visit a dealer to have the issue fixed
