Good morning, autumn is in full swing. Expect big temperature gaps in most parts of the country, some regions saw lows plunging to the single digits this morning, but highs will rise to the mid-twenties.
Most regions will see highs hitting 26 degrees Celsius. We'll have clear skies throughout the day and it will be a wonderful day for an afternoon stroll.
Typical autumn weather persists for the rest of week with a good amount of sunshine, but the country's southern regions and Jeju will see rain at the end of the week.
We've seen some strong typhoons this year. The most recent, Tapah, was the sixth typhoon to impact the Korean peninsula this year so far and that's the most we've seen in 43 years. However, the weather agency is saying there could be another typhoon strike in October and it could be even powerful. Many experts are saying it's due to the global warming.
