Moody’s Investors don’t see permanent damage to oil supply

Vikas Halan, Senior Vice President - Corporate Finance Group, Moody's Investors said there are talks of Saudi Aramco restoring one-third of the supply that was disrupted by today’s incident and for the rest of it they are talking about taking weeks.
