Dave Andrea, the owner of Brat Haus, is bringing alcohol-infused doughnuts to central Phoenix. His new concept, "Doh," opens this week near 16th Street and Bethany Home Road. It will be neighbors to his Phoenix Brat Haus location, which opened earlier this year.
